Get your Bhajan On!

• Don't Budge from your Bhajan
• Regulate Count Associate
• Keep all your books/reading/Slokas lined up
• Count all your reading/books/slokas/chanting - Around 50/75 times we get to see that we now know the verses etc.
• Have a goal so the minds know the goal to reach
• Associate with devotees - emulate those devotees and we will be enthused by them.
• Index cards - Carry these 7 cards everywhere we go and revise our index cards
• Develop your cabinet of devotees you want to associate with.
• Develop muscle memory and practice a lot - when you keep practising and going deeper in your study then it all makes sense. Do deeper in your Sloka book and get all the verses memorized.
• Make up all  your rounds + All Gayatri (20 years to catch up + 6 months *3)
• Write down why I am doing my Bhajan  - My sankalpa (Have a Cabinet + Magna Carta - I'm the head of my Cabinet)
• When you can take advantage, do more and go deeper into bhajan.
• Refresh memory
• Bhava comes from Bhajan, don't let your Bhajan change from anything external going on.

Relationships

Recently I went through a very difficult phase of my life. When someone very close to you cheats you, it hurts you a lot. It make you feel dis-respected, sad, bring low self esteem, hurt, pain, shattered dreams, broken heart, sorrow, tears, betrayal etc....

It made me realize:

• What we are going through is due to our own karma
• Krsna is putting us through this for my own purification
• If I didn't have Krsna in my life, it would have been far worse
• Krsna is helping me so I can come closer to Him
• All relationships in this world are temporary
• No one is your true friend other than Krsna who is closest to you, living in your heart
• Surrender to Krsna and He will take care of me.
• Never Forget Krsna and Always Remember Krsna - No matter what!
• No body can be trusted in this world.
• Don't have any expectations on anybody. When you have expectations, we get hurt when they are not met.
• Krsna loves all jivas equally as everyone is Krsna's dear child
• When someone hurts you, try to pray for them to Krsna, so they can become a better person.
• Have faith in Krsna and keep your determination on Sadhana, Krsna has a plan for me.
• Always pray to Krsna for HELP
• Pray to Krsna every morning remembering we are not the proprietor of anyone or anything. The reason Krsna has put us in a particular situation is to purify myself and you help everyone around me to come closer to Krsna.
• Pray to Krsna and be grateful in the situation we are in, Krsna has handpicked it just for us to help us come back to him.
• Disturbances come in the material world and there is no way to know why they come, they will come.
• We need to have patience and determination for Krsna to reveal what we need to learn from each situation.
• Just stick to devotional practice and in time everything will be revealed.
